Thriving to provide the best Cover
& Service available to our customers.

Freedom to Insure was originally founded in 2008, all from the quiet, humble beginnings of a garden shed.
Over the past 14 years, the company has grown to become one the UK’s leading life insurance brokerages, employing more than 200 staff around the world.
Our mission has always been to provide market-leading customer service to our clients by offering a wide range of protection products at some of the most competitive rates on the UK market. We’re proud to work alongside many of the world’s largest insurance companies including Aviva, Legal & General, MetLife, Vitality and AIG, amongst a wealth of other household names.
Although we began life specialising in life and critical illness insurance, our product portfolio is now bigger than ever before. Income protection, personal accident cover, health and buildings & contents insurance all form part of the overall package we can offer our customers, with full training available to all staff on all products.
Our staff are very much at the heart of everything we do, and we’re constantly investing in new and innovative ways to ensure that everyone has the opportunity to reach their potential.

Started 14 years ago in a garden shed. Simple beginnings!
The team grows and moves into our first office in Aldershot, Hampshire.
We begin offering not only life insurance, but a whole spectrum of other products.
One office becomes two, with Portsmouth opening alongside Aldershot.
The Freedom to Insure team grows to over 100 members, with 10,000s of families across the UK protected.
Freedom to Insure goes global, boasting offices in Aldershot, London, Leeds, Portsmouth, Wakefield, Spain & South Africa with a team of over 200.
With more expansion plans, Freedom quickly grew during a worldwide pandemic and opened offices in Bournemouth and Cardiff. We are now 9 offices strong and looking ahead to the future growth of our company.
My career began at Freedom to Insure seven years ago when it was a much smaller operation than it is today! After spending the last few years working in finance within a big four accountancy firm, I recently re-joined Freedom to be a part of the incredibly exciting journey the business is on. With a fantastic team, incredible development opportunities and a common goal, my honest belief is there is no limit to what the Freedom team can achieve. In the last three years the business has doubled, and then doubled again! Our goal is to keep growing and achieve even greater accomplishments. We’re looking to take the next step with even more hard working and motivated members joining our team across the country. I hope you’ll take the next step with us.
I joined Freedom to Insure because of the exciting future that lies ahead for this great company. Everyone in the business has the same vision – that we want to become the number one life insurance broker in the UK. Freedom has always been a company that has given opportunities and allowed people to chase their dreams. With the infrastructure we now have in place, the sky is the limit. We are all so excited to see the development of our amazing staff and where that can take us. Amazing career opportunities are available for all of our staff, and we strive to help them develop within the workplace and as a person. We are investing a lot of time and resources into making everyone at Freedom the very best they can possibly be.
