Company Pension Scheme

Freedom to Insure now offers an auto-enrolment pension scheme from NEST, which you’ll be able to join after 3 months if eligible. You’ll make a contribution of 4% of your basic salary, boosted by an additional 3% employer contribution and 1% tax relief and you can make additional contributions.

If you’re new to pensions, we have a wealth of helpful information for employees on the importance of saving towards retirement to help you get started, and of course our brilliant HR team will always be on hand to answer any questions you might have.

Employee Assistance Programme

We’ve recently launched an employee assistance programme; a 24/7, 365 days a year telephone and face to face/video counselling service along with an in-depth online knowledge bank of services to help you with everyday life situations.

Our staff can call the EAP whenever they need help or advice on a wide range of personal and work-related issues; everything from emotional support (for example bereavement and caring issues) to finding schools or childcare, legal disputes, tax issues or money worries. It’s completely free to our staff and totally confidential.

We know that when staff connect with their colleagues, it creates a warmer, more vibrant working environment for everyone.
